EXPENSES
Our rates include all charges and household linen (sheets, towels and tea towel).
RESERVATION
It is only done online. The reservation is effective only after payment of a deposit on the total value of your stay. This payment is made online by credit card or paypal.
CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation will be sent to you. It includes all the terms of your reservation, the precise address of the accommodation as well as the conditions for handing over the keys. (Our confirmations sometimes go to spam, please check your spam box)
REGULATION
When the keys are handed over, the balance is to be paid on site in cash because we do not have a credit card terminal on site. We are not authorized to take holiday vouchers.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 1000 €, by bank check or in cash or bank card debit authorization (Visa or Mastercard or American Express only), will be required. It will be returned in full within 72 hours if no damage has been noted on your departure. (return on your departure if the deposit is in cash).
CANCELATION
Refer to the general rental conditions. Please read and accept the terms and conditions before making your reservation.
Exemption for Covid 19 confinements
During a national general confinement imposed by the government, we have decided to relax the cancellation rules validated during your reservation.
We can trigger you a credit note valid for 1 year corresponding to your deposit in order to be able to postpone your stay to a later date. To benefit from it, you must make a request by email.
Three conditions to be eligible for this credit:
- Your reservation date must be prior to the start date of confinement,
- Your date of stay must be during the confinement period,
- Your credit note request must be sent by email with AR before your date of stay.
Clarification: A Covid 19 infection or quarantine or contact case or a curfew or local confinement cannot be the subject of a credit request.
