The bath is 130x180 cms and the sauna for 2 people seated 130x100 cms
How is the delivery and deposit of the keys?
After payment of the deposit, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. It tells you all the terms and conditions for handing over the keys, with time, place and contact telephone number. (Our confirmations sometimes go to spam, please check your spam box)
Until what time can we arrive?
For Room 32 Bergerie-Spa, we will typically be waiting for you at 6:00 p.m. You have a telephone number to agree, at the beginning of the afternoon, on the exact time of your arrival. However, we will not be able to welcome you beyond 9:00 p.m. (see terms and conditions).
Does Private Room have wifi?
Yes, a wifi covers the whole accommodation. The updated access code will be given to you when you hand over the keys.
Is there musical equipment available?
You have at your disposal sound bars, which can receive your smartphone by connection or bluetooth. A tablet PC containing online playlists through Spotify Premium featuring soft music is also available.
Regarding the TV, what channels are available?
The connected Hdmi 4K TV allows you to view more than 30 TV and music channels. Netflix is available free of charge. A Mycanal code can be given to you for an additional fee.
Will we find, within Private Room, the possibility of ordering drinks or meals at any time?
You will find soft drinks, champagnes, fine wines and cooked meals on site, at an additional cost.
Are the apartments well insulated? Are there neighbors who might disturb our stay?
You are alone in this sheepfold. We have put everything in place for your peace of mind, and have paid particular attention to the sound insulation of the wellness areas and bedrooms. However, a neighborhood is present in the surroundings and, just like you, your neighbors are asked to respect the tranquility of the place.
Are the apartments equipped for people with reduced mobility?
No, very poorly equipped because their design does not allow it. The sheepfold is old, the passage to the doors, the layout of the rooms are atypical. The exteriors are made on several levels with many small steps to go up or down.
Are we covered by insurance within Private Room?
Room 32 is provided as furnished for seasonal rental. Your personal effects are not. As in any rental, you must personally have civil liability insurance through your multi-risk home with a holiday clause. The contract includes the name of the person who will be responsible for the rental.
Can an invoice or receipt be provided for my rental?
